How long does it take to process an order?
Order processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days before the order is shipped. This time frame can be longer during peak holiday seasons or promotional periods.
Provided a tracking label but does not appear to be tracking?
Typically we batch print the shipping labels and affix them to an envelope. Our team then packs to the envelope before sending the package on its way. A tracking label being created does not guarantee shipment. It does how ever indicate acceptance by our packing team.
What are the shipping costs and time frames?
Standard, USPS priority, shipping usually costs 10-12$ and takes 2-3 business days to be at your door from time that it is accepted by USPS.
Do you offer international shipping or to other restricted areas?
We do not offer international shipping. These shipping restrictions also include the following US states and may be subject to change.
CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VA, VT, WA, D.C.

How can I track my order?
Your order experiences five different phases during its life cycle.
Order Placement and Acceptance: The process begins when you successfully place an order on our website and we accept it.
Forwarding to Shipping Team: Your order information is then forwarded to our shipping team.
Tracking Number Generation: A tracking number is created and emailed to the customer. Please note that this tracking number is a notice that our shipping team has received your order for packing; it does not indicate that the item has been shipped yet.
Handover to Carrier: Once the package is ready, it is handed over to USPS for the final leg of its journey.
Delivery: The package is delivered directly to your door by the carrier.
My package was never received?
If tracking states it was received, we will treat it as such. In rare instances we may offer another free reshipment.
If tracking states any thing else other than delivered it will be treated as an automatic free reshipment.
What is your policy for back ordered or out-of-stock items?
If an item is on back ordered or out of stock, the web site will usually reflect this in an attempt to notify the customer. The order will still be processed as normal and shipped when inventory is in stock.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Bitcoin. If ordering by Bitcoin please send an email to general support.
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Card Payment: Customer card payment information is securely processed by our merchant processing services. How ever this information lives with them for ever. We have separated the line items from being transmitted to our merchant processor, as such they only see a shipping and billing address along with amount paid.
Bitcoin: If purchasing with bitcoin, and done correctly it should offer a more reasonable amount of security as customer addresses do not live on the blockchain. Customers will how ever need transmit their addresses to our secure email servers located over seas and out side of US control.
Customer Order Details on Site: In regards to customer information stored on the web site, upon completion of the package being turned over to USPS, we erase all customer data and only retain access to the order number. This order number how ever can be co-related to our merchant processing information to verify an order was in fact placed to a certain customer should product support be required.
Shipping Provider: Our shipping provider maintains limited records. Mainly they will be able to see where a package was sent to as well as its tracking number. They are not able to tell what product was shipped. If opting to pay in bitcoin, we will use a bitcoin friendly shipping service which allows for irrevocable erasure of this information.
Are there any loyalty programs or rewards? Military Discount? Senior Citizen Discount? Bulk Purchases or Dealer Accounts?
Loyalty Programs or Rewards: We do not currently offer a loyalty program or rewards system. How ever we are open to the idea and would be interested in hearing your suggestions.
Military Discount: We do not currently offer a military discount. Mainly in that we are not aware of a way to verify military member and do not participate in stolen valor. We are open to the idea and would be interested in hearing your suggestions.
Senior Citizen Discount: We do not currently offer a senior citizen discount. Mainly in that we are not aware of a way to verify senior members. We are open to the idea and would be interested in hearing your suggestions.
Bulk Purchases or Dealer Discount: At the current time we offer dealer discounts. Please email general support and they will forward you to the proper team members to speak with. Typically dealer discounts is handled by means of an invoice to your email.
What is the return policy?
We do not allow for returns. We will instead offer one free reshipment or refund. Upon choosing to do a reshipment the customer forfeits their ability to receive a refund.
What is the warranty on your products?
We allow for a 14 day inspection period. If any defects are found within this time frame, we will offer a free reshipment or refund.
How can I create an account?
For security purposes we do not allow accounts to be created on the web site. We aim to delete any user created accounts within 24 hours of their creation. The team prefers not to maintain any records as it relates to customers past the amount needed in order to process an order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please reach out to general support. Given if the package has not shipped yet the customer will be refunded. Any card processing fees and other applicable fees deducted from the refund.
