Collaborated directly with the client to identify and implement the design modifications necessary for transitioning the product to metal production. Parts were manufactured using CNC machining and subsequently sent out for professional bead blasting and finishing.

Worked with Steezy Squirts to produce initial product samples. Currently awaiting a larger production run and continuing discussions regarding pricing to align with their target cost requirements. The objective is to establish a pricing structure to support a long-term production CNC machining partnership between companies.

The “Secret Sauce” is a GLOCK assisted reset trigger shoe directly designed by Pembleton & Sons exclusively for S.B.R. for early testing and feedback. The shoe included in the kit provided by SBR is CNC machined and anodized by Stark80 LLC. We worked with the client to hold a tight delivery window while still maintaining a high level of exceptional quality.
